In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and taya357. Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking "I Agree" or an equivalent confirmation during the account registration process; (b) completing the taya357 account registration process; or (c) accessing or using any service provided by the taya357 platform after these Terms have been published.

2.2 These Terms should be read together with taya357's Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and taya357.

3.3 taya357 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity and eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

3.4 taya357 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active taya357 account at any given time. The opening, maintenance, or use of more than one taya357 account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya357 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. taya357 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. 4.3 Suspected Compromise. 5.2 Currency. All Player balances are denominated and transacted in Philippine Peso (₱), unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Exchange rates applicable to USDT TRC20 transactions will be those prevailing at the time of the transaction as determined by taya357's payment processor.

5.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own legal name. taya357 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any withdrawal will be processed only to a payment account registered in your own name. Violation of this policy may result in the suspension of your taya357 account and the return of funds to their source, subject to verification.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.6 Unclaimed Balances. taya357 reserves the right to apply dormancy provisions to unclaimed balances in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations and these Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules with respect to gameplay mechanics, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating solely to that game.

7.5 taya357 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms or the applicable promotion-specific terms have been violated.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya357 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one taya357 account, whether under your own name or any other identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with taya357;
• Using the taya357 platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the taya357 platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited by applicable local law;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or other fraudulent conduct;

8.2 taya357 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of prohibited conduct, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9.1 All content available on the taya357 platform — including but not limited to the taya357 brand name, logo, game graphics, interface designs, software, text, icons, photographs, and audiovisual elements — is the property of taya357 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your use of the taya357 platform does not grant you any ownership interest in, or licence to reproduce or exploit, any intellectual property of taya357 or its licensors beyond what is strictly necessary for personal, non-commercial use of the platform's features as a registered Player.

9.3 Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other exploitation of taya357 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya357 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the taya357 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if taya357 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 taya357's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the taya357 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10.3 taya357 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processing delays, and network disruptions may affect service availability. taya357 will make reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions and will communicate planned maintenance through the platform where practicable.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit taya357's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 Termination by You. You may close your taya357 account at any time by contacting the taya357 support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by taya357. taya357 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms; (b) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (c) taya357 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority; or (d) taya357 reasonably believes continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player, taya357, or third parties.

11.3 In cases of termination for cause — including confirmed fraud, collusion, prohibited conduct, or money laundering — taya357 reserves the right to forfeit the entirety of the account balance, including any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, and to report the matter to PAGCOR and/or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

11.4 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, taya357 will communicate with the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation or legal process.
